About
- The company, founded in 1996 in Romania, as a subsidiary of Drees & Sommer group, named Drees & Sommer Consult Invest S.R.L. guaranteed the transfer of know-how through our coworkers to active clients in Romania.
- Since 2005 the company presented itself as Drees & Sommer Romania S.R.L. with headquarters in Bucharest.
- In 2016 the company became independent from the group, under the name of Develop & Support Management SRL, with the same structure and the same management, remaining partner and cooperator of the group on the Romanian market.
- D&S provides an EPCM service – Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management. This is the way to have a full control and management of the project in all phases of the construction.
- D&S is offering a global service starting from the project preparation phase until the delivery of the construction and further during the life cycle of the building. Our commitment to the client is to accomplish his targets, respectively the quality, budget and execution time.
- An important goal is to maintain the building during its life cycle with the functionality and quality conditions that was designed. D&S, as an impartial entity, provides Building Survey and Technical Audits in order to assist the client in understanding the real status of his project or building.
